In 2017, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage on a 40 x 113 foot lot at 94 Douglas Crescent in Governor's Bridge.

It was a house that used to look like this…

It was a back to the studs reno that was done really well though there were things I wasn’t crazy about like the wine wall in the dining room…

That has now been changed to a display shelf…

And the backyard wasn’t very big but it was right across the street from a park so maybe that wouldn’t be a big deal.

It was listed at $2,849,000.

I thought it might be a little high but the pocket was picking up at the time. It sold for $2,790,000.

It is now back on the market for $3,349,000.

That’s…uhh….

A 13% annual increase.
