At the beginning of March, I posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot at 109 Ossington Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods in Toronto.

I wasn’t a huge condo but it had 2 bedrooms, an outdoor space, and if you had a kid like the owners did, a space for a stroller at the front door.

It was listed at the random number of $959,300 with fees of $593.23/month.
