In November, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 26.67 x 142 foot lot at 31 Alhambra Avenue in the north end of Roncesvalles.

It used to look like this…

And the new house looked a little like an office building.

But inside, it was a great house with an impressive staircase…

But for a 4 bedroom house, I would have thought there would have been a family room area.

It was listed at $2,950,000.

It didn’t sell and it was back on the market in March as a new listing with new photos. The asking price was $2,850,000.

It took a while to sell but according to a reader, this house sold a few days ago…

For $2.675 million.
