A few weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 25 x 150 foot lot at 76 Roxborough Street West in the Summerhill neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this in 2009…

It was a great, move-in-ready house with lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows, great floors, 2 parking spots, a good backyard, spacious bedrooms, and a huge family room.

The only thing was this…

Why only a 4 burner stove in this house? But I figured, if you weren’t a crazy chef, that probably wouldn’t be a big deal.

I’m not sure if that was issue for some and was the reason for the price drop from the original list price of to $5,295,000 to $4,995,000…

But it looks like it wasn’t such a big deal for someone because this house just sold…

For $4,800,000.
