In 2016, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 32.5 x 143 foot lot with a garage and a parking spot at 49 Chestnut Park in Rosedale.

It was a house that used to look like this in 2012…

But it had been fully renovated by JGD Inc. and they did a great job. I thought walking right into the dining room might not be ideal for some, but the house was done and done really well.

In 2012, it was listed at $2,195,000. After the renovation in 2016, the asking price was $4,995,000. It didn’t sell then but was listed a year later for $4,629,000 and sold for $4,785,000.

A little over a week ago, it was back on the market with more colourful furniture for $5,125,000.

It sold in 3 days…

For $5,125,000.
