In September 2016, I posted this 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom row house on a 14.17 x 92 foot lot at 113 Sparkhall Avenue in Riverdale.

At the time, I said…

It isn't a big house, but it is a good house...

Assuming you don't get migraines.

Because this house is WHITE.

While the walls and floors are still painted white, the furniture and art add a little colour now. And so does the addition of this chair in the weirdest location of this house…

(though I do love the staging, that’s just kind of random)

And that chair, when I saw it, I knew I had seen it before and I had in the listing for the house at 3 Frizzell Avenue…

Off topic but was this the inspiration for that staging?

Also off topic, I forgot how much I liked the inside of that house.

As for this house, I really liked it too. It was listed at $699,900. I thought it would sell closer to $785,000...maybe a little more.

It sold for approximately $840,500.

After updating the bathroom, adding a bathroom to the basement, updating the stairs (good change), and adding built-in closets to the principal bedroom, it’s now back on the market for…

$999,000.

I’m thinking it will go over.
