This is a very nice house.
It is a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with a detached garage on a 29.17 x 110 foot lot at 3 Rathnelly Avenue in the Rathnelly neighbourhood in Toronto.
It used to look like this when it was last listed in 2014…
It was listed at $1,350,000 and sold for $1,265,000 after almost a month on the market.
It has since been completely renovated (anyone know who did the reno?) and as I said above, it is REALLY nice.
I love all the finishes (other than that mirror in the second floor bathroom). Thing is, despite the listing saying this is 2,990 square feet, it doesn’t feel that big to me. Only 1 bedroom on the second floor has a closet, the basement is small, there is no first floor closet, I have never seen a toilet placed up against a shower, and there is no way to create privacy for the third floor which would get annoying as kids get older.
But if none of those things bother you, this is a great move-in-ready house that shows really well.
It is now listed at $2,950,000.
Or it was because I hear it has already sold after only 1 day on the market which means it sold for at least asking, if not closer to $3,200,000 (just a guess).
UPDATE: Turns out this house did sell as I suspected and I wasn’t so far off the final price. This house sold…
For $3.3 million.
