A few days ago, I posted this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 22.01 x 72 foot lot at 7 Palmerston Gardens in Seaton Village in Toronto.

It wasn’t exactly a huge house but it was move-right-in house with 4 bedrooms, second floor laundry, and it was located just steps to a park.

The only thing missing was parking.

It was listed at $1,499,000. I thought it was way underpriced.

It sold…

For $1,685,000.

I was thinking a little higher but still not so bad.
