In November, I posted this 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with 3 parking spots on a 42.17 x 100 foot lot at 102 Leacrest Road in south Leaside in Toronto.

It was a house that immediately made me think of the Davisville Village house at 257 Manor Road East…

Turns out, they were done by the same people - Nathalie Thorel of Interior Affairs and Patrick Skuce of Caledon Building and Design.

But of the 2, I preferred this one.

It was a house built on a lot that used to look like this when sold for $1,600,000 in the spring of 2017…

This new house was listed in July of last year for $2,850,000. At the beginning of October, it was dropped to $2,800,000. When I first posted it, the price was down to $2,699,000. I thought that price wasn’t so crazy.

In January, it dropped again to $2,649,000 with another drop to $2,599,000 in May.

It has now finally sold…

For $2,487,500.

A little lower than inital ask but still not so bad!
