In January, I posted this 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 52 x 50 foot lot at 53 Argyle Street just west of Ossington in Beaconsfield Village in Toronto.

It was an interesting house with a 14 year old renovation and a full outdoor kitchen including a dishwasher.

It had been listed in November 2018 for $3,999,999. When I posted it, the price had increased to $4,200,000.

It sat for a while but if finally sold last month for…

$3,925,000.

I wonder what’s staying and what’s going.
