PRICE DROP - 94 Douglas Crescent - GOVERNOR'S BRIDGE, TORONTO (5 Comments)

In April, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a detached garage (that is currently being used as an office) on a 40 x 113 foot lot at 94 Douglas Crescent in Governor's Bridge.

It was a house that I first posted in October of 2017 when it had been fully redone from a house that used to look like this…

There were a few things in the design that I wasn’t so crazy about but it was a really good house overall.

In 2017, it was listed at $2,849,000. It sold for $2,790,000.

In April, it was back on the market for $3,349,000 which was a 13% annual increase. And though this pocket has been picking up recently, I thought that would probably be a bit high.

Looks like it was because this house had a price drop last month to…

$2,995,000.

Which is about a 4.5% annual increase. Why is it still sitting?
