How has this not sold yet!?!

At the beginning of June, I posted this almost perfect as it was, 1950s, architect’s own home overlooking Bayview Village Park at 15 Citation Drive in the Bayview Village neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60 x 178 foot lot and the asking price was $2,995,000.

I thought it could be amazing with a little restroration and updating. But considering it was on a street of new builds, it was probably going to be torn down.

Looks like the place was priced too high for a developer or someone who appreciated the house and was looking to restore it because it still hasn’t sold and the price was dropped a little over 2 weeks after I posted it…

To $2,838,000.

And it’s STILL on the market.

Seriously, should we put a MASH kickstarter together and redo this place ourselves!?!
