Last week, I posted this 5 bedroom, 7 bathroom, 7,000 square foot house with 5 parking spots on 35 x 165 foot lot at 9 Millbank Avenue in Forest Hill in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted when it was last on the market in 2013 and the listing photo looked like this…

It was an interesting house that was a little too 80s/90s for me but the potential was there to totally update it.

It was listed at at $3,925,000 and sold for $3,700,000.

When I posted it last week, it was back on the market with what looked like little changes and almost the same furniture for $5,200,000.

It just sold…

For $5,015,000.

I wonder if those kitchen stools are staying this time around.
