This is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached house on a 25 x 150 foot lotat 14 Binscarth Road in North Rosedale in Toronto.
It’s a really good house with a ton of potential for a huge addition given the lot size.
Or you can live in it as is because, according to the listing, there was a reno in the basement and on the 3rd floor. But for some reason they didn’t do the kitchen which is fine but definitely old…
Like, how bad was the third floor that they would do that before the kitchen!?!
Maybe they had plans to do a huge open kitchen/family room addition with a huge principal suite above but then decided to move instead.
Either way, I have a feeling this place is going to have a full reno top to bottom with a giant addition.
And I think it will probably go over ask. The asking price is $2,795,000. Considering the potential, I’m thinking it will go closer to $3 million, maybe even a little more.
