This is a 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a 1 car garage at 90 Frater Avenue in the Woodbine-Heights neighbourhood in East York in Toronto.

It isn’t a huge house, but with the staging, it shows really well (I feel like I have seen that cow print before but can’t place it).

The only thing I am not crazy about is the stove location. I think if I were redoing the kitchen, I would leave the fridge where it is and make the rest of that wall a full pantry. Then I would put the sink closer to the door with the dishwasher in the penninsula and the stove on the wall opposite the fridge. It might be tight but it would be better than someone opening the door on you while carrying a hot pot to the sink.

Otherwise, it’s a great house that hit the market 5 days ago.

Annnnd, it has already sold.

It was listed at $899,000 and sold for $980,000. I’m not surprised.
