32 Edgewood Crescent - ROSEDALE, TORONTO

This is a 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 33.01 x 88 foot lot at 32 Edgewood Crescent in Rosedale in Toronto.

And if it looks familiar, it could be that I have posted it twice in the past. Actually, it was one of the first houses I ever posted.

Or…

It could be familiar because it was the first house that Canadian designer and television host Sarah Richardson flipped and designed for her first season of Sarah's House.

She sold the house in 2007 for $1,200,000. It then sold again at the end of 2009 for $1,225,000. When I posted it 2 years later, it was on the market for $1,329,000 and sold for $1,318,000.

Two years later, it was back on the market again. That time, the asking price was $1,447,000 and it sold for $1,501,000.

With some built-ins in the living room and dining room and some paint on the back deck as the only changes that I can see, it is back on the market.

It has been listed for a month…

For $2,688,000.

Might be time for a price drop?
