It was a house that I had posted several times in the past a few years after it was redone by Sarah Richardson. The last time I posted it, the asking price was $1,447,000 and it sold for $1,501,000.
With few changes other than some new built-ins, it was back on the market for $2,688,000. It has been on the market for a month.
Meanwhile, this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi with 3 parking spots on a 21.67 x 104 foot lot across the street that used to look like this when it was last listed in 2015…
Came on the market last Wednesday for $2,750,000. It also looked like it was done by a designer but I am not sure who.
It was on the market for a day and sold…
For $2,750,000.
P.S. I love the look of that black deck but how does that not get screaming hot!?!
