PRICE DROP - 31 Maclennan Avenue - ROSEDALE, TORONTO

Two weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house with 1 garage and 3 parking spots on a 40 x 100 foot lot at 31 Maclennan Avenue in Rosedale in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last listed in 2014…

Since then, they painted the outside, landscaped the front and back yards, replaced the floors on all levels with light, white oak, replaced the wooden bannister with a black, iron bannister, and opened and replaced the kitchen.

Overall, it was a really good house but the sunroom on the side of the house seemed like it would be freezing in winter and boiling in summer (I could be wrong)…

It had originally been listed in October for $4,200,000. When I posted it in mid-November, the price was $4,095,000 but I guess that price didn’t last long because according to HouseSigma, the price is now down to…

$3,995,000.
