My thought would be to turn the current living room into the dining room, removing that wall in the kitchen and expanding the current dining room and make it the living room…
Otherwise, to me, it feels like a weird layout.
But if that doesn’t bother you, this is a good house (why didn’t they paint the green cedar at the back?).
