Yesterday, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with a 1 car detached garage on a 22.1 x 124 foot lot at 307 Sutherland Drive in Leaside in Toronto.

It was the first post I had done in Leaside for a while. But it looks like maybe I should start doing more because it seems that Leaside is turning into a hot market.

Sure, this house showed well and was clearly very well looked after but this house came on the market yesterday at $1,249,000.

It sold yesterday…

For $1,532,000.

Or $266,000 more than the neighbour down the street at 226 Sutherland Drive that sold 8 months ago.
