AND IT WENT FOR - 4 St Annes Road - DUFFERIN GROVE, TORONTO (1 Comment)

A few weeks ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on an 18.5 x 100 foot lot at 4 St Annes Road in Dufferin Grove in Toronto.

It was a house that I posted years ago when it was a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi and I presumed it was a rooming house. At that time, it was listed at $729,800 and sold for $710,000.

Since then, it was completely reno’d and was back on the market 2 weeks after the attached neighbour at 2 St Annes Road was listed as well. That listing had no interior photos which I assumed meant it needed a lot of work.

That house was listed at $1,099,000 and sold for $1,670,000.

I wondered if that would make this renovated house a $2 million house!?!

A few days later, this house was listed at $1,399,900.

It sold a week after I posted it…

For $1,700,000.
