PRICE DROP #4 - 88 Glenrose Avenue - MOORE PARK, TORONTO (4 Comments)
In November 2018, I posted this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 4,395 square foot (3,225 above ground and 1,170 in the basement) house on a 82.42 x 46.62 foot lot at 88 Glenrose Avenue in Moore Park in Toronto.
It was a new build on a lot that used to look like this…
So it was a HUGE improvement.
As I mentioned in that post, the bedrooms were a good size and the bathrooms were good plus it was bright and the kitchen was big.
And the rooftop deck had an amazing view of the city…
But…
The location!
It was located on busy Mt. Pleasant…

And this was the view of the house from the street now…
And the asking price was $3,988,000 million!?!
I didn’t think that was going to happen.
It didn’t and a few months later, the price was dropped to $3,775,000. It then had a drop 2 months after that to $3,475,000 and again this past December to $3,398,800.
It has had another drop and there are new photos with a rearrangement of furniture.
The new asking price is…
$3,198,800.
