UPDATE - 104 Enderby Road - UPPER BEACHES, TORONTO (3 Comments)

This was not what I was expecting.

When I saw the front of this house and how it looked a little rough with it needing a paint job and maybe a new railing, I thought it was going to need a bit of work on the inside as well.

But then I saw the first interior photo…

And I realized that this could be a really good house.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 25 x 150 foot lot with 2 parking spots at 104 Enderby Road in the Upper Beaches in Toronto.

Here is what it used to looke like in 2011 when it was last on the market…

The kitchen has been redone and I am assuming the bathroom. Built-ins were added in the living room and bedroom upstairs and it all looks great. I just don’t get why they didn’t paint the basement (maybe it was used for storage before the listing).

According to the listing, it has been featured in House and Home and Chatelaine magazines and I am assuming it is the home of a designer because other than that basement, this shows really well and isn’t all staging.

And because it shows so well, I am not surprised that after only 4 days on the market, this house has apparently been sold conditionally.

It was listed at $1,099,900.

I wonder what the condition is.

UPDATE: It sold for asking.
