This house is amazing.

When some people see the inside of this 2 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 40 x 158.87 foot lot at 46 Ellis Park Road in Swansea…

They may think of this…

But when I saw the interior photos…

I thought of this…

The Sketch Gallery restaurant in London designed by Paris-based architect and designer India Mahdavi.

It’s not quite the same…

But when I first saw photos of interior of Sketch restaurant, it was automatically appealing even though it seems natural for it to give you indigestion.

And this house is the same.

This house clearly needs some updating but it really is amazing as it is.

It is listed at $1,999,000.

Considering the house next door at 46 Ellis Park Road that used to look like this…

And sold 2 years ago for $1,975,000 when it had renderings that looked like this…

I’m thinking this will go over.

Or at least it would on a normal day.
