AND IT WENT FOR - 15 Citation Drive - BAYVIEW VILLAGE, TORONTO

At the beginning of June, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 60 x 178 foot lot overlooking Bayview Village Park at 15 Citation Drive in the Bayview Village neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was an almost perfect as it was, 1950s, architect’s own home and the asking price was $2,995,000.

I figured it would be torn down like the neighbours but that it could be great if it was given a bit of an update.

It didn’t sell and the price was dropped several times with the last one happening at the beginning of February to $2,499,000.

And it looks like this place finally has a new owner as this place sold 4 days later for $$2,520,000.

That seems too high to be a tear down or is that just wishful thinking?
