Two days ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on an 18.01 x 105 foot lot at 3 Grenadier Road in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

Since it was last listed in 2016, there were a few changes like some new paint, a new kitchen backsplash and a faucet (but not a new countertop), a new bathroom vanity, a new washer/dryer and a shelf, and a new back deck…

In 2016, it sold for $940,000. It was back on the market last week at $1,098,000. It felt low but given what’s happening these days, I was unsure what would happen.

It sold the day before I posted it…
