In December, this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with 1 parking spot in the newly built building at 1 Roxbrough Street East was on the market.

It was listed at $3,495,000 and sold for $3,425,000.

I don’t know if this was purchased by someone with a little extra pocket change who wanted to park their money or what but a month later, it was put up for lease.

The intial asking price was $11,000/month. Then it went down to $9,500.

Just under a week ago, it was leased for $9,500.
