This is not really how I imaged it would be decorated when the new owners moved in.

This was a flip of a house that used to look like this…

Other than the stairs that I didn’t love, it was a good flip with white oak floors, white walls, white/grey tile in the bathrooms. Basically, it was kind of your typical flip.

But the current decor is anything but typical.

Instead of a fireplace, there is an old jukebox and instead of a fig leaf tree, there is a mannequin holding a Joy is Like the Rain album…

Not really a 2020 Pinterest vibe.

In 2012, the asking price was $1,299,000 and it sold for asking.

Now, at a 7% annual compounded increase, this house would now be worth around $2,200,000.

It was listed 2 weeks ago at $1,999,999. It sold a week later…

For $2,205,000.
