PRICE DROP - 220 Brunswick Avenue - HARBORD VILLAGE, TORONTO (1 Comment)

Last week, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house on a 20.41 x 69.42 foot lot at 220 Brunswick Avenue in Harbord Village in Toronto.

It was a fully renovated and is apparently the home of Victor Barry and Nikki Leigh McKean, owners Piano Piano and Cafe Cancan restaurants. Here is a photo of Barry from his Instagram account cooking in the kitchen…

According to this Toronto Life article from May of last year, it was designed by decorator Tiffany Pratt (who also designed their restaurants) which would explain all the colour.

But despite the well-done, colourful renovation, readers weren’t really into the $1,749,000 price tag.

And it looks like readers were not the only ones because this house has had a price drop…
