I wondered how much it would cost to change those and one reader said probably $20/sq ft while another said about $24,000 for 2 floors.

Perhaps it works out closer to $19,000 because this house was listed at $1,589,000.

It sold a week ago for…

$1,570,000.

Those floors are getting changed.
