134 Macpherson Avenue - SUMMERHILL, TORONTO (3 Comments)

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on an 18.25 x 120 foot lot at 134 Macpherson Avenue in Summerhill in Toronto.

It was last listed in 2011 when it looked like this…

It was listed at $895,000 and sold for asking. It has now been completely renovated.

According to the listing, it is a designer’s own home which is making me think this is the home of one of the founders of Urban Blueprint because, while there are no photos of the house on their site, it is the same style. Not to mention, one of the owners of Urban Blueprint is also an agent for this listing company.

Or I could be wrong and this is someone else’s house all together.

Either way, it is a really good house with great finishes, a good sized kitchen, a family room at the back, and a good sized yard for the area. It just doesn’t have parking.

If you consider this without renovations at an 8% compounded annual increase, based on the 2011 sale, this house would be worth around $1,790,000 now.

The asking price renovated is…

$1,895,000.

Those renos cost more than $105,000.
