AND IT WENT FOR - 139 Galley Avenue - RONCESVALLES, TORONTO

At the beginning of April, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 20 x 128 foot lot at 139 Galley Avenue in Roncesvalles in Toronto.

After a full renovation in 2011, it was listed at for $989,700 and sold for $1,141,100.

It was back on the market 2 years later in 2013 for $1,199,000 before it was dropped to $1,145,000. It ended up selling for $1,145,000.

In April, it was back on the market for $2,099,000. I pointed out that was almost an annual compounded interest of about 10%.

It didn’t sell and by the end of May it was back on the market at a price increase…

To $2,299,000.

It sold a week later…

For $2,060,000.
