It isn’t a huge condo but if you are a single person or a couple, this is a really well done condo with fairly large outdoor space. And it has an entrance from the street that doesn’t require you to use that lobby which is good at this time.

But is it too close to the street? Would having your bedroom basically on the Carlaw sidewalk bother you? I’m guessing those blinds are always closed…

But at least it still lets in a little light.

When this place was last listed in 2016, the asking price was $436,800. It sold for $438,880.

Since then, it seems that a California Closet has been installed and the lights that have been added come with the condo (not positive about that).
