Since then, they clearly updated the front, the first floor was opened up with new floors and a new kitchen, I assume the bathroom was updated, and the basement apartment was updated with a new kitchen and bathroom.

And it shows really well. If you were up for more renos, the second floor could be updated with new floors. And if you really wanted, you could make the third floor a primary suite and it would still be a 4 bedroom house.
