A little over a week ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi row house on a 16.67 x 90 foot lot at 304 Brock Avenue in Brockton Village in Toronto.

It was a new build of a house that used to look like this…

Those houses did not look like they were in good shape. Now, it seems like they built a wall to hold the whole thing up despite the neighbour in the white house objecting to the new build.

Not only is the house seemingly now fortified, the interior is also done well despite not being very big. But like the reader who sent it in, would you be put off by the still leaning house attached?

Well, it looks like someone was not because this house that was listed at $1,599,000 sold in 6 days…

For $1,770,000.
