HOUSE AND HOME MAGAZINE'S LYNDA REEVES HOUSE SELLS

Last week, I posted the 3+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house with a 2 car garage on a 75.85 x 265 foot lot at 1 Highland Avenue in Rosedale owned by the House and Home Magazine founder, Lynda Reeves.

It was a house that I recognized right away when I saw the kitchen…

Reeves has done multiple videos and photoshoots from that kitchen…

While I had not seen a lot of the rest of her house previously, that kitchen was unmistakably hers (I think it was the brackets under the shelves that really stood out).

And like the kitchen, the rest of the house shows very well with great details such as the moulding, the stairs, the french doors, the fireplaces. Basically everything.

It was listed at $9,500,000.

It sold after less than a week on the market…

For $9,250,000.
