In August 2020, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 25 x 80 foot lot at 36 Berryman Street in Yorkville in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this when it was last for sale for $1,599,999…

It sold for $1,580,000.

By the end of 2015 or the beginning of 2016, it was torn down for construction of this house.

As for this house, it’s a good house though it was a little over the top in some places.

And the main floor didn’t have a living room or kitchen. Those were located on the second floor with an office and a dining room and the main floor had 2 bedrooms. The top floor was a full principal suite with a his and hers bathroom and closet situation. And instead of the main floor having a walk out, it was dug out in the backyard to have a basement walk out…

It was kind of weird which is probably why this house was on the market for so long.

But it has finally sold…

For $6,950,000.
