At the beginning of December, I posted this 5+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom detached house with a 2 car garage on a 25 x 125 foot lot at 426 Roxton Road in Bickford Park in Toronto.

It was a house that used to look like this…

It was listed in August 2020 for $1,599,000 and it sold for $1,861,000.

It was then fully flipped and put on the market a couple of weeks ago for $2,999,000. And for the most part, I liked it. I couldn’t figure out why there was closet in the dining room that was taking up a lot of room and I wasn’t crazy about some of the tiles.

But overall, it was a good flip and I didn’t think it would sit for long.

Well, I guess they didn’t get the price they wanted because a week ago the price was increased…
