It didn’t sell and the price was brought up to $1,199,900 and then down to $1,149,000 with it ultimately selling for $1,090,000.
It looks like that house was then torn down and replaced with this house. And it is a very good house.
There isn’t a lot I would change about it except painting that faux brick (I assume) the same colour as the other walls. And while I like the shape of the backsplash, I’m not sure I love the colour with the black windows and cabinets but I wouldn’t change that because I think I could get used to it.
But as I said, this is a very good house with a large kitchen, a mudroom, an office (though very tiny), and a bright basement that could be rented out (with a lot of work to create doors for privacy and turning the office into a second laundry room).
It is now listed for $1,998,000.
I don’t think it will sit for long.
