THE HOME OF ARCHITECT AND KARELIA OWNER JANIS KRAVIS HAS SOLD

Last week, I posted this 2+1 bedroom house on a 60 x 113 foot lot at 49 Tottenham Road in Don Mills in Toronto.

It was the former home of Helga and Janis Kravis, the architect known for bringing Scandinavian style to Toronto through his store, Karelia.

It was full of Karelia products and Scandinavian furniture.

The asking price was $1,688,800. I assumed at that price that the house was not going to come with the furniture and decor.
