32 Edgewood Crescent - ROSEDALE, TORONTO

In October, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with 1 parking spot on a 33.01 x 88 foot lot at 32 Edgewood Crescent in Rosedale in Toronto.

It was a house that I had posted several times in the past.

If the photos look familiar, it could be because was the first house that Canadian designer and television host Sarah Richardson flipped and designed for her first season of Sarah's House.

She sold the house in 2007 for $1,200,000. It then sold again at the end of 2009 for $1,225,000. When I posted it 2 years later, it was on the market for $1,329,000 and sold for $1,318,000.

Two years later, it was back on the market again. That time, the asking price was $1,447,000 and it sold for $1,501,000.

In September, it was on the market again for $2,688,000. When I posted it, it had already been listed for a month. It had a price drop to $2,549,000 in November and then another one to $2,498,000 in January. It sold 2 days later for $2,493,000.

But for some reason…

Only 5 months later…

It is on the market again. This time the asking price is…

$2,695,000.

No idea what is going on.
