33 Sagebush Lane - PARKWOODS, TORONTO
Several year ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 40 x 140 foot lot at 33 Sagebrush Lane in Parkwoods.
It was a house that looked like this at the time…
On the inside, it reminded me of the house at 74 Don River Boulevard in Lansing...
Or the house at 4 Medalist Road in Saint Andrews...
Or the house at 78 North Hills Terrace in Don Mills...
It was listed at $899,900 and had been featured in the Globe and Mail. It sold with 14 offers for $1,150,000.
I pointed out that considering it was on a cul-de-sac that had no new builds, it would probably stay as is with an update.
That is exactly what happened and I really like what they have done.
Now this house reminds me of the house at 805 Glenleven Crescent…
Both embrace the mid-century modern aspects of the house but this one more so. They both have modern kitchens with glossy cabinets. I just wish this one was all white.
Otherwise, this is a great house and I like how they have used orange throughout the house, like this orange couch...
When I last posted it, this house was listed at $899,800 and it sold for $1,150,000.
After a full update, it is now on the market…
For $2,598,800.
