A few weeks ago, I reader sent in the listing for this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 24.93 x 97.41 foot lot at 7A Maughan Crescent in the Gerrard/Coxwell neighbourhood in Toronto.

It was a new build that had a matching house beside it. But unlike that house, this house was one of the prizes of the Spring 2021 Princess Margaret Lotto…

According to them, this house was worth $2,600,000.

Well, I guess the person who won it didn’t need a house because it came on the market in mid-May for $3,250,000.

And while it is a nice house with really good finishes, it doesn’t have a very big backyard. Also, the pocket it is in is a nice neighbourhood with lots of green space nearby but it is kind of an odd location.

So, I am not so sure this is a $3,250,000 house unless it comes with the furniture.

But looks like the owner thinks it is because the first listing was terminated and it came back on the market again a couple of days ago as a new listing…

For $3,250,000.

It must come with the furniture, right?

P.S. How do you change the sheets in that house bed? That looks like a nightmare.
