On Monday, I posted this 4+1 bedroom (really, it’s 3+2), 4 bathroom house with 2 parking spots on a 30 x 126 foot lot at 277 Wright Avenue in Roncesvalles/High Park in Toronto.

It was a house that looked like this in 2011…

It was listed at $998,000 and sold for $1,209,800.

Since then, it was fully renovated with a family room addition on the first floor. And they did a really good job.

The listing said 4 bedrooms but that 4th bedroom would have to go up a floor to us the bathroom so it was really a 3 bedroom house.

But it was still a really good house.

It was listed at $3,650,000.

It sold…

For $3,625,000.
