AND IT WENT FOR - 421 Craven Road - LESLIEVILLE, TORONTO

Three weeks ago, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house ona 17 x 73 foot lot at 421 Craven Road in Leslieville in Toronto.

In 2004, it was on the market for $140,000 and looked like this…

It sold for $130,000.

By 2017, it had been fully renovated with an addition at the back. It came on the market at $899,900 and eventually sold for $945,000.

With what seemed like few changes, it was back on the market at the beginning of September for $899,000.

So, since that was less than what they paid for it in 2017, I assumed they were looking for a bidding war and that it would probably sell closer to $1,200,000.

It sold last week…

For $1,190,000.
