Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house with a 1 car detached garage with another spot on a 16.5 x 130 foot lot at 530 Clinton Street in Seaton Village in Toronto.

It wasn’t a big house but it was a house that had been upgraded since its last sale in 2011 when it was listed at $568,900 and sold for $550,000.

Eleven years later, after a few upgrades, it was back on the market for $1,479,000.
