Unlike a lot of houses currently on the market…

I don’t see this 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom detached house with 1 parking spot on a 30 x 69.5 foot lot at 71 Roxton Road in Italy sitting for long.

It isn’t a big huge house with above grade square footage of 1,292 (1,938 total) but it shows really well.

The garage has been converted into a mudroom which is great for a family…

If you did want more space though, while don’t know if it is possible but perhaps a 2 storey addition could be built where that outdoor table is. It would create a family room space and a large primary bedroom with an ensuite.

But that would probably piss off the neighbour who would then be staring at a wall.

Regardless, this is a good house for a young family.

When it looked like this in 2010…

The asking price was $599,000 and it sold for $670,000.

After a full renovation, it is now on the market…

For $1,789,000.

I don’t think it will sit for long.
