This is a 3+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 20 x 100 foot lot at 94 Hollywood Crescent in the Upper Beaches neighbourhood in Toronto.
It is a house that looked like this when it was last for sale in 2018…
It was listed at $929,000 and sold for $1,180,000.
It was then renovated with some cosmetic changes as well as new floors on the second floor, new closets, and I think a fair amount of work in the basement.
It was then put on the market in February 2020 for $1,399,000 but the listing was terminated after a week.
A few months later, it was listed for lease for $3,800/month with these additional photos that weren’t included in this listing…
It ended up leasing for $4,200 and then was leased again for the same price a year ago.
It is now back on the market for sale again…
For $1,399,000.
Considering a house down the street at 105 Hollywood Crescent…
that I would say isn’t as nice (but did have grass in the backyard and was on a wider lot with a garage and parking) sold for $1,205,100 five years ago…
I don’t think this will sit for long.
P.S. Is it just me or is this house giving Property Brothers vibe? I was convinced I saw this house on an episode but couldn’t find it.
