In June, I posted this 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1,588 square foot interior condo with 500 square foot patio and 2 parking spots at 717 Eglinton Avenue West in Forest Hill in Toronto.

It was an apartment that immediately made me think of Don Draper…

It was a great looking apartment if you were into that style but the price was a bit high.

When I first posted it, it had already been on the market for a month at $2,795,000 with maintenance fees of $1945.50/month.

It didn’t sell and, in September, the price was dropped to $2,595,000.

About 2 weeks later, it finally sold…

For $2,460,000.
