151 Avenue Road - Unit 806
Ever since this building at 151 Avenue Road was nearing completion at the end of 2019, I have been curious about it.
Was it on purpose that everytime I pass this building, this is what starts to go through my head?
Is it just me…
Doesn’t this building look like a cruise ship?
I have always wanted to see an apartment in the building but, despite this one being listed 6 times previously, I never saw one until now.
This is 2+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom, approximately 2,500 square foot condo with 2 parking spots in Unit 806 at 151 Avenue Road.
It was initially listed in November 2019 for $5,200,000. It was dropped in June to $4,995,000. By October, the price was up slightly to $4,998,000. In September of 2021, the price was down to $4,750,000.
Three days ago, it came back on the market at $4,998,000 or for lease for $12,000/month.
Overall, it is a well done condo with nice floors, a good kitchen and bathrooms, and floor to ceiling windows that look to be south and east facing.
But my guess is that it will be leased before it sells.
P.S. There are 2 other units for sale that are a lot cheaper as well as another 2 for lease.
